Supply Chain Management at A B C International has two distinct dimensions :
- Direct Supplier: Works as a direct supplier to OEMs / Tier 1 / Tier 2 Suppliers. The components are either manufactured in house or outsourced to quality conscious captive production facilities under the strict supervision of our own SQAs.
- Procurement / Sourcing:Represent OEMS / Tier 1/ Tier2 suppliers as procurement or sourcing agents in India

Supply (one stop Shop) Where we buy and sell and work as a supplier. Customer provides us with Drawings and receives the components at their end. We manage all activities in the Supply chain. We are registered as an Export company in India and hence can also procure from customer's approved suppliers; consolidate the cargo in our warehouse to be shipped as a full container.
Our Activities include :
- Receiving enquiries with drawings, specifications & samples. (Target prices if possible)
- Recommending or identifying a suitable manufacturer or supplier in India.
- Qualifying the supplier to the customer quality standards through audits or our own assessment systems.
- Obtaining competitive techno commercial offers.
- Finalizing the orders and commercial Terms.
- Finalizing sample development program.
- Monitoring development of samples.
- Checking Samples.
- Arranging PPAP lot – with the Documentation process.
- Issuing schedules on behalf of customer.
- Following up for production and routine pre-shipment and pre-dispatch inspection.
- Logistics – Monitoring of movement of cargo and providing the customer with the status.
- Implementing corrective actions in case of technical errors or other problems
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
BPO is the most favourite chant for this decade. We at A B C offer complete BPO solutions in the area of Supply Chain Management i.e. Procurement, Sourcing, Resourcing and Logistics for Auto Components, Tractor Components, Pump Components, Valve Components, Fasteners, Flanges and other general Engineering products. A B C has a strong base developed over the last five years and has strong team of highly skilled Engineers and experienced Professionals with working experiences ranging from 5 to 25 years in Procurement, Inspection, Quality assurance and Logistics.

We offer above in three alternatives :

Customer's Representatives or Agent : The supplies are made directly by Indian Manufacturers or Suppliers to the customer but all other activities from receiving the drawings, obtaining offers to monitoring the Development of samples to logistics are coordinated by us on behalf of the customer. We are paid by customer only.
Technical Services : We provide only technical support like Vendor selection, Factory audit, ISIR inspection, Pre-Shipment inspection, Dock audit (wherever applicable) etc. Commercial Issues are dealt by the customers and suppliers directly and get paid by Customer only.
